Refund policy
For UK deliveries, if you are returning any clothing item we are happy to give you a full refund (excluding your delivery cost in sending it back to us) as long as the goods reach us within 14 days of delivery. After this period we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item.
The product must be in it’s original condition and in it’s original packaging, with all tags attached. If the product shows signs of usage (ie signs of makeup transfer or smell of perfume or of other signs of use) the product shall not be refunded.
You must notify us before you return any goods by emailing us on info@alishas.co.uk and we will provide you with a relevant returns form to fill in. If you request an item for a refund ,we will refund the amount factoring in any discounts and promotions applied at the time of purchase. Make sure to include the returns form with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Alisha’s suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Please check your items upon receiving them and notify us as soon as possible if there is any issues.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT NOTIFYING US FIRST.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
In the event of a promotion when discounted deliveries are available if the order is returned and the value of the remaining order does not qualify for the free delivery. A delivery fee for the original order will be deducted from the refund.
All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items. Please allow us 10-14 working days to process your refund.
Please note if we are liable for the return postage we only cover upto £5 for the delivery fee.
If you would simply like an exchange email info@alishas.co.uk and we will provide you with a form which you could fill in with the relevant information regarding what you would like to exchange. If we are satisfied with the returned goods we will then post out the requested item. Please note that Postage (Both ways) is paid by the buyer and its non refundable.
A majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care and are mainly for special occasion wear.
Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only. Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned. More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and thoroughly rinsed. Please note that due to hand dying methods used the colours are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing, if in doubt Dry Clean.
Please note that this policy only applies to Items you have purchased on the website. For Items purchased from other sources, you will need to check the returns policies of the applicable source.
